1. Privacy Policy

1.1 What we collect

• Email address — collected when you sign in, used to authenticate you and to link your purchase to your account.
• Authentication token — a session token issued at sign-in, stored locally in your browser so you stay signed in.
• Usage count & purchase status — how many free drafts you have used, and whether your account holds a paid (“Pro”) license.
• Payment data — handled entirely by our payment processor (Dodo Payments). We never see or store your card details.

1.2 What we do NOT collect

• We do not read, store, or transmit the content of your emails. To build a new draft, the extension reads the email you currently have open, in your browser, and copies it into a new Gmail compose window. That content never leaves your browser and is never sent to our servers.
• We do not collect your contacts, attachments, browsing history, or keystrokes.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising.

1.3 How we use it

Solely to operate the service: authenticate sign-in, enforce the free-tier draft limit, unlock unlimited drafts for paying (“Pro”) users, and provide support. We may use aggregate, non-identifying usage counts to improve the product.

1.4 Processors

We rely on third-party providers to run the service, including Supabase (authentication and account data) and Dodo Payments (payments). Your data is processed under their respective terms and security practices.

1.5 Data requests

You may request deletion of your account email, usage record, and purchase record at any time by contacting us at the address below. Deletion may end access to paid features.

1.6 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time and without prior notice or consent, except where advance notice is required by applicable law. The current version always governs and takes effect immediately upon being posted at this URL. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

2. Terms of Service

2.1 The service

FreshSend is a browser extension that reopens an email you have open in Gmail as a fresh, editable compose draft. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or Gmail. Gmail is a trademark of Google LLC.

2.2 Provided “as is”

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Gmail is a third-party product whose interface can change at any time; such changes may temporarily affect the extension until an update is released. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

2.3 Acceptable use

You agree to use FreshSend only for lawful purposes and not to send spam, bulk unsolicited mail, or any content that violates Gmail’s or Google’s terms. You are solely responsible for the emails you create and send.

2.4 Accounts & licenses

A Pro license is tied to the email address used at sign-in and is for your personal use. You may not resell, share, or sublicense it.

2.5 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost, mis-sent, or mis-formatted email, arising from your use of the service.

3. Refund Policy

FreshSend Pro is a one-time purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed through Dodo Payments.
